Do you provide solutions for office IT Support?

We do not provide PC/Mac or other office end user devices. Our services are targeted to infrastructure directly supporting the core fintech operations, or fintech operator software provider which are usually off site.

What exactly are Managed IT Services?

Simply put, AvantOne Managed IT Services means we take care of your entire information technology requirement as long as it is inline with our expertise, and your core business operation. At the end of the day you will have a point of contact assigned that will understand the industry, your end user experience, and is able to speak the business language in IT operations.

Are you able to setup a DR (Disaster Recovery) or Cloud Backup for our infraestructure?

Cloud backup also known as Online Backup is the process where your onsite backups are transferred to an offsite server every night. The server is located in a secure data centre and is often use to have peace of mind for rollbacks in specific points of time, or as a disaster recovery site in a secure, reliable fashion. AvantOne will  design, and execute a plan to provide testing sessions once a month so that it will be ready when needed.

What kind of response times can I expect?

We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Our measurable service levels specify clear consequences for not living up to agreed-upon expectations.

How Long is a Managed Services Contract For?

Managed IT Services Contracts vary by provider. Some providers offer month-to-month programs, while others require a multi-year contract. Some have a very high startup cost and lower monthly, while others require a multi-year contract. How should I contact you for assistance?

Once you have a service contract, and optionally an NDA signed with us you will have assigned a technical resource from our company that will be the central point of contact via Skype, Email, Phone, Slack or your preferred medium.

No problem! We encourage each one of our clients to have an IT Department that can deliver support to your office infrastructure while we take care care of your core business operations.
